It might be for charity but it would take balls of steel as well as a heart of gold to get most people into the London Dungeons after dark.
The BT Giant Sleepover is a nationwide charity event, with all proceeds going to Childline. All across the country, over 32,000 kids will be sleeping over in various places in an attempt to raise money and to break the Guinness World Record for the largest simultaneous sleepover ever. And yep, you’ve guessed it, on June 17th here in London, the dungeons are just one of the venues tempting fearless kids to zip up their sleeping bags for the night.
Once they’ve battled through the mirror maze, walked the Labyrinth of the Lost and munched through a midnight feast, those who are still awake will have the chance to learn the terrifying history of London and perhaps encounter some ghosts and ghouls who haven’t quite managed to rest in peace, or pieces just yet.
The Giant Sleepover is open to children aged 7 – 13 in organised groups and costs £20 for each registration. Registering doesn’t guarantee your sleepover will be hosted in the Dungeon, but if you’re one of the lucky groups you’ll be warned in advance. And remember kids, those bodies might be made of wax but they’re still watching you.
The BT Giant Sleepover takes place from Saturday 17th – Sunday 18th June. For further information and to register a group call 0870 240 1640
My 10 year old daughter typed sleepover and images into google and after harmless images you would expect this came up which distressed her greatly (and her mother) neither of whom knew the image was wax. She has a Mcfee child security on and I think you should seriosly consider removing this image or recategorising it so this does not happen to someone else. She is now put off from going back on the computer

PLease, my daughter was looking for pictures for a sleepover invite, and did not know if this was real. She actually PUKED ( that is how sensitive she is*) when sshe saw this picture and I am not very happy that this picture is on here ! PLease remove it. This picture, even though is not real, is very disturbiing and should NOT be displayed in the public internet !! * my daughter actually had to go to phyciatric help because this picture had made her so upset she could not sleep at night OR go to sleepovers !

I agree with Edna John. My 8 year-old daughter showed this to me and my daughter was so scared that she had to sleep with em for 2 months. this is the most sickening thing I have ever seen.

When you see the image on google it is small and therefore not completely clear. As such, it would be necessary for someone to click on it to see what it actually is. So, unless this looks like a sleepover image, there is no reason that anyone's young daughter should be clicking on it to view the image larger.

When i first saw the image i was a bit shocked but i dont think it is as bad as other people are saying. I think it shouldnt be shown when on strong filter which hopefully kids are using.
